With the Decree Law No. 124; To carry out the new registration, admission and registration renewal processes of the students, graduation, identity, scholarship, follow-up of the graduates, in coordination with the units during the opening of summer school, double major and minor programs, to carry out preliminary studies on the issues to be discussed in the education-related commissions, to carry out other similar works to be given. Our office, which was assigned to fulfill the task, uses rapidly developing information and technologies, in a friendly environment; safe and fast information-document service provided; It carries out its activities with 13 personnel who are actively working with the idea of ​​being a unit that emphasizes the satisfaction of students, graduates, instructors and employees, sets an example at the national level and makes a difference.

In 2022, it has 14 faculties, 5 colleges, 10 vocational colleges, 5 institutes, 40 research centers, 1 state conservatory, spread over 1 province and 4 districts. With the President's Decision No. 2319 published in the Official Gazette dated 28/03/2020 and numbered 31088, our Kırkpınar Physical Education and Sports School was closed, Kırkpınar Faculty of Sports Sciences was established and the number of our faculties became 14 and the number of our colleges was 5. There are 41498 students studying at our university.
